A. Michelle Ragucci


Michelle possesses an extensive background in real estate and title matters and previously specialized in representing local, state, and national lenders throughout Indiana. In doing so, she employed innovative and creative approaches to case management and resolution, earning a reputation for excellence and high-quality service to clients.


Michelle now focuses her practice on community association law where she provides a broad scope of services including, but not limited to, legal opinions, analysis of governing documents, collections, lien foreclosures, and covenant enforcement. She also negotiates settlements integrating aspects of both business and the law.
