Prior to joining Eads Murray & Pugh, Andrew spent seven years working in a law firm that focused its practice on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. As such, he developed extensive experience in collections litigation, contracts and commercial law. He is an experienced litigator and problem solver and has developed multiple approaches to collecting overdue accounts and coming to agreements to repay a debt. Andrew’s sharp eye for detail makes him adept at reviewing contracts, real estate documents and other legal documents with an eye toward protecting his client’s interests and minimizing exposure to future litigation.
After joining Eads Murray & Pugh, Andrew has devoted his entire practice to representing homeowners associations, condominium associations and other community associations. In this capacity, Andrew represents the firm’s association clients in collection actions for unpaid assessments, covenant violations, governing document analysis, and revising covenants, by-laws and other documents that control the duties, rights and powers of communities and their members.
