Rachel E. Frydman serves as “Of Counsel.” She has devoted her entire law practice to assisting Community Associations. The areas of her practice include the collection of delinquent assessments, covenant enforcement actions, contract reviews and contract drafting, amending association governing documents, assisting with regular and special board and/or membership meetings, and providing legal opinions on various issues of community association law.

Rachel is also licensed in Florida and is currently representing approximately 175 community associations throughout the State of Florida as the owner of Rachel E. Frydman, P.A.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1998. Rachel has since been a member of the Florida Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Rachel and her family relocated to Indiana in June of 2019 when her son chose to join the family tradition and attend Indiana University for college. While maintaining clients in Florida, the Indiana Bar granted Rachel a foreign license to practice law in Indiana, allowing her to assist Indiana community associations as “Of Counsel” for Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C.

Her adult life has been centered around community. She devoted more than five years of her free time to volunteer as an Event Lead for Relay for Life of Parkland and Coral Springs, Florida, worked with the Indiana University Student Relay for Life for two years and supported her son’s devotion to Indiana University Dance Marathon while he was in college for four years. Rachel is always searching for new nonprofits to support.  Rachel resides in Indiana with her husband, Kerry.  They enjoy spending time with their son, Tyler, a graduate of Indiana University.
