Nicole McGaughey

Nicole joined the team at Eads Murray & Pugh, PC in April, 2023.

Nicole is the newest attorney who joined the team April 2023. She grew up on the south side of Indianapolis and went to undergrad and graduate school at Indiana University Indianapolis.

Before joining EMP, Nicole worked at the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office as a Major Felony Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Her focus was on domestic violence and gun crimes, which led her to be a successful litigator. Nicole teams up with Jacob Lawrence in representing the firm's association clients in litigation matters, specifically covenant violations and collections actions.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading books (she has enough books to open up a small bookstore), snuggling with her two cats, traveling and attempting to plan a wedding with her fiancé, Lake.
