Greg Chandler Named President-Elect of CAI-Central Indiana Chapter

Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C. is pleased to announce that Greg Chandler, senior partner and shareholder, has been elected President-Elect of the Community Associations Institute – Central Indiana Chapter (CAI-CIC) Board of Directors. Greg, who previously served as CAI-CIC president in 2016, will step into the presidency once again in 2026.

CAI-CIC provides essential resources, education, and support to Indiana homeowners association professionals and leaders, helping them navigate the complexities of community association governance. Greg’s deep expertise and long-standing commitment to CAI make him a valuable leader in this role.

With an 18-year legal career devoted to representing Indiana homeowners associations and condominium associations, Greg’s practice covers nearly every aspect of association law, including:

  • General counsel services for association boards

  • Drafting, amending, and interpreting covenants, bylaws, and governing documents

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts, easements, and real estate documents

  • Covenant enforcement and litigation

  • Corporate governance and transactional matters

  • Assessment collection

In 2018, Greg was inducted as a Fellow into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), a prestigious national organization with fewer than 175 attorneys recognized nationwide for their expertise in community association law. He was also the 2023 recipient of the Scott and Carole Tanner Memorial Award, honoring his selfless commitment to community association education and volunteerism.

Please join us in congratulating Greg on this well-earned leadership role with CAI-CIC!
