Indiana now has three distinguished CCAL Fellows Tom Murray, Greg Chandler & Kim Sutter – proven leaders in HOA and Condo association law
Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C. is proud to share that with the recent induction of Kimberly Sutter, Partner, the firm is now home to three Fellows inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). Kim joins Tom Murray and Greg Chandler, both Senior Partners, to become the only three attorneys practicing in Indiana with this distinction.
Eads Murray & Pugh offers a complete range of legal services and counsel to support and guide Indiana homeowner’s associations, condominium associations, mixed-use communities, and other kinds of community associations.
CCAL was established in 1993 by Community Associations Institute (CAI), providing a forum for the exchange of information among experienced legal professionals working for the advancement of community association governance. Its goals include promoting high standards of professional and ethical responsibility, improving, and advancing community association law and practice, and facilitating the development of educational materials and programming pertaining to legal issues.
Since 1973, the CAI has been the leading provider of resources and information for homeowners, volunteer board leaders, professional managers, and business professionals in the nearly 350,000 homeowner associations, condominiums, and housing cooperatives in the United States and millions of communities worldwide. With more than 41,000 members, CAI works in partnership with 36 legislative action committees (including the Central Indiana Chapter’s legislative action committee chaired by Tom Murray) and 64 affiliated chapters. A nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization, CAI is the foremost authority in community association management, governance, education, and advocacy. CAI’s mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership, and responsible citizenship—ideals reflected in community associations that are preferred places to call home.
